When should I order cabinets for a new build?
Once the framing is done and you have checked the room against your plans. Plan on 3 to 4 weeks from order to ready, and delivery is set to your date and time.
Do you install?
No. We design, assemble and deliver. Your builder or installer sets the cabinets, and your design comes with plans that number every cabinet in the order it goes in.
Do you need my plans?
Plans help. Bring whatever you have: the builder’s plans, an architect’s drawings or a sketch with measurements. Matt helps you pull your measurements together before your consultation.
Will my builder let me buy cabinets, countertops or flooring from you?
That’s between you and your builder, so ask before your selections are due. If you can supply your own, we design and price them, and we coordinate delivery timing with your builder or installer.
Can you do more than the kitchen?
Yes. The kitchen comes first, and the pantry, the laundry room or a basement bar can be designed in the same visit.
How do countertops and flooring work?
Countertops come at our fabricator’s actual invoice and are measured at no charge once your cabinets are set. Flooring comes at our distributor’s cost. Zero markup on both, and we can refer a flooring installer if you want one.
How long is the design consultation?
About 2 hours, with zero commitment. Bring both of you and your plans. Your free quote typically comes within the hour.
How far do you deliver?
We hand deliver across the St. Louis metro from our own facility, roughly 50 miles around our O’Fallon showroom.
