If there’s no markup on countertops and flooring, how do you make money?
We make our money on the cabinets. Countertops and flooring pass through at our dealer cost, no markup, because it gets you to buy the full kitchen from us instead of piecing it together. You typically save thousands on the surfaces, and we get to be your one-stop shop. Everyone wins.
What are the cabinets made of? Are they good quality?
Solid wood face frames. All-wood plywood boxes, no particleboard. Doors are HDF, a high-density paint-ready material that’s smoother and more paint-friendly than solid wood and doesn’t warp over time. Every cabinet has soft-close hinges, full-extension drawers, and dovetail drawer boxes.
What if something shows up damaged?
It almost never does, because we inspect and hand-assemble every cabinet in our St. Louis shop before it leaves for your house. If anything is wrong, we replace it on us. You’re not dealing with a distant factory or a call center.
How long do the cabinets take?
We receive your order at our St. Louis shop within one week of you placing it. If you pick up unassembled, you can grab it as soon as it lands, usually on a Wednesday. Delivery of unassembled adds a few days. Assembled orders that we deliver take two to three weeks at most.
Do you install?
No. Your contractor or one of the local installers we can refer handles installation. We handle design, supply, assembly, and hand delivery, and we coordinate timing directly with your installer so nothing sits in your garage.
How does payment work?
We walk you through payment when you approve your quote. Terms depend on the order, and you always see the full number in writing before anything is placed. No surprises, no financing pressure.
Where do you deliver?
We hand-deliver across the St. Louis metro from our own facility, roughly 50 miles around our St. Charles showroom. Unassembled orders can also be picked up directly or shipped farther out.
