# Terms of Service

Welcome to STL Cabinetry. By using this website (www.stlcabinetry.com) or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

## 1. About us

STL Cabinetry is a Saint Louis-based kitchen cabinet dealer. We sell solid wood cabinets, bath vanities, and related cabinetry. We offer countertops and flooring to customers at our dealer cost when paired with a full kitchen order.

## 2. Quotes and orders

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Prices are subject to change after that period without notice.

To place an order you must:

- Review and approve your quote in writing (email confirmation is sufficient)
- Provide complete and accurate shipping/billing information
- Submit full payment (see section 3)

Once we confirm your order and receive payment, production begins. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after this point. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

## 3. Payment terms

**Payment is due in full at the time of order.** We accept:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Shop Pay
- Shop Pay Installments (split your order into 4 interest-free payments, or pay over 3/6/12 months with financing on qualifying orders)
- ACH / bank transfer (contact us to arrange)

Shop Pay Installments is provided by Affirm and subject to its own approval and terms. Interest-free is available on qualifying orders; longer terms may include interest disclosed at checkout.

Prices do not include sales tax. Missouri sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

## 4. Product descriptions and images

We work hard to make product photos, dimensions, and descriptions accurate. Actual wood grain, stain, and finish may vary slightly due to the nature of wood and finishing processes. Monitor colors may not reflect exact product colors.

If you have questions about a specific finish or SKU, contact us before ordering and we will send samples or additional photos.

## 5. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for lead times, shipping methods, inspection requirements, and how to report shipping damage.

## 6. Returns and refunds

All cabinet sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details including exceptions for damaged or defective items.

## 7. Installation

STL Cabinetry sells cabinets and cabinetry components. Installation is not included unless explicitly stated on your quote. We recommend hiring a licensed contractor.

We are not responsible for installation errors, damage caused during installation, or site conditions.

## 8. Warranty

Our cabinets carry a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover:

- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
- Damage from excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
- Modifications made by the customer or their installer
- Natural variation in wood grain, color, or characteristics

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos to sales@stlcabinetry.com.

## 9. Trade Pro program

Our Trade Pro program for contractors, builders, and designers is coming soon. Terms and pricing will be posted at www.stlcabinetry.com/pages/trade-pros once the program is live.

## 10. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Interfere with the site's operation

Our content (photos, text, logos, product designs) is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

## 11. Lead generation and communications

When you submit a quote request form, you agree to let us contact you by email, phone, or SMS to discuss your project. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing sales@stlcabinetry.com.

## 12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STL Cabinetry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

## 13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

## 14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always posted at www.stlcabinetry.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
