If there’s no markup, how do you make money?
We make our money on the cabinets. Countertops and flooring are loss leaders. We pass them through at our dealer cost because it gets you to buy the full kitchen from us instead of piecing it together. You save $3k to $8k, and we get to be your one-stop shop. Everyone wins.
What are the cabinets made of? Are they solid wood?
Yes. Solid-wood face frames, doors, and drawer fronts. Plywood box construction. No MDF or particleboard. Dovetail drawers, full-extension soft-close glides, and soft-close hinges on every door. Built to KCMA spec, the same construction standard the name-brand dealers sell.
What if something shows up damaged?
It almost never does, because we inspect and hand-assemble every cabinet in our St. Louis shop before it leaves for your house. If anything is wrong, we replace it on us. You’re not dealing with a distant factory or a call center.
How long do the cabinets take?
Most cabinet orders ship out of our St. Louis shop in 2 to 4 weeks after your order is finalized. Your free quote comes back in 24 hours, design and measurements happen the week after, and assembly happens here while we finish the paperwork. Rush timelines available if you need them faster.
