**Effective Date:** April 2026
All cabinet sales at STL Cabinetry are final. Because every order is built and delivered specifically for your kitchen, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
## What this means
- Once your order is placed and payment is received, it enters production and cannot be cancelled.
- Cabinets, moldings, panels, fillers, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind, design revisions after order confirmation, or measurement errors provided by the customer.
## Exceptions
We stand behind the quality of our product. In these specific situations we will repair or replace at no cost to you:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping and you report it within **7 days of delivery** (see our Shipping Policy for how to report).
- The item has a manufacturing defect discovered during installation.
- The item does not match the SKU on your confirmed order.
In these cases contact us within the applicable window. We will arrange repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Photo documentation is required.
## Before you order
Please double-check every SKU, dimension, and finish on your quote before paying. We are glad to review your order over the phone or in person before you submit payment.
## Warranty
Our cabinets carry a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled case by case. Wear and tear, damage from improper installation, improper maintenance, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, and modifications made by the customer are not covered.
