# Shipping Policy

STL Cabinetry ships anywhere in the continental United States. Your shipping method, cost, and lead time depend on your location.

## Saint Louis metro area (within ~50 miles of Saint Charles, MO)

- Hand delivery by our own team
- Cabinets are carefully assembled locally and delivered fully built
- White-glove service: we unload and stage the cabinets at your site
- Shipping debris disposed of on delivery
- Typical lead time: 2 to 4 weeks from payment
- Delivery is included on most kitchen orders. Exact rate is confirmed on your quote.

## Outside the Saint Louis metro (shipped anywhere in the US)

- Shipped via freight carrier, flat-packed or assembled depending on item
- Freight cost is calculated at quote time based on weight, pallet count, and destination ZIP
- Typical lead time: 3 to 5 weeks from payment
- Customer is responsible for receiving the freight shipment. You will need a helper to unload.

## Inspecting your delivery

You or a representative must be present to receive the shipment and inspect it before signing off.

- Count every box and pallet against the BOL (Bill of Lading) before signing.
- Note any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies directly on the BOL.
- Take photos of the shipment on arrival.

## Reporting damage

If an item arrives damaged, you must report it **within 7 days of delivery**. After 7 days we cannot file a freight claim and no replacement will be issued.

To report damage:

1. Email sales@stlcabinetry.com or call (314) 441-5620
2. Include your order number, SKUs of damaged items, and clear photos of the damage and packaging
3. Save all packaging until the claim is resolved

We will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

## Lead times

Lead times start after full payment is received and your order is confirmed. During peak season (April through September) lead times may extend by 1 to 2 weeks. We will communicate any delays in writing.

## Addresses and changes

Shipping addresses can be updated in writing up to 7 business days before the scheduled ship date. After that, address changes may incur a rerouting fee.

## Missing or delayed shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within 14 days of the confirmed ship date, contact us and we will file a trace with the carrier.
