The stuff every builder asks first.
Will my builder install cabinets they did not source?
Yes, in 99% of cases. Builders mark up cabinets because it is convenient revenue, not because they have to source them. When you tell them you are bringing your own, they install at their normal carpentry / cabinet labor rate. Most builders quietly prefer it because they no longer have to chase the manufacturer when something is missing or damaged. We supply the line items and warranty paperwork directly.
How do you fit into the construction schedule?
You set the install week with your builder, you tell us, we ship from our Saint Louis shop the prior week, and our crew hand-delivers to the site that morning. We carry inventory in our warehouse for free while you wait on framing, drywall, and trim. No early-delivery storage fees on you.
What if the home is not in Saint Louis?
Saint Louis metro is our white-glove zone. For homes farther out (St. Charles, Wentzville, Edwardsville, Columbia IL) we still hand deliver and install foam protection. Past that, we crate the cabinets and ship freight, and your builder receives them like any other supplier shipment.
Can my designer or architect spec materials with you?
Absolutely. Send the cabinet spec sheet, counter slab choice, and flooring SKU and we will price it line by line in 24 hours. We work with multiple Saint Louis kitchen designers as their preferred dealer, so the workflow is already in place.
How is payment structured for a new build?
Cabinets are 50% on order, balance due before delivery. Countertops are quoted after template (post cabinet install) and paid before fabrication. Flooring is paid before shipment. Standard new-construction terms, no surprises.
